Aquasoltech Inc. is Hiring a Warehouse Coordinator Near San Diego, CA

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivator to support the operations of our warehouse and inventory management. This job will entail ordering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials in the warehouse in coordination with incoming & outgoing jobs. This individual will coordinate warehousing and distribution to both support and expedite installer crews with their warehouse interactions and the owner with material inventory on-hands and ordering. In the future we would look to this individual to examine existing procedures for opportunities to streamline the warehouse functions to meet the needs of the scaling business.

Primary Job Duties

  • Maintain organization in warehouse
  • Conduct regular inventory & maintain up-to-date records of in-stock items
  • Regular & as needed cleaning/tidying of the warehouse
  • Consistently assess user flow/ease of materials access and reorganize inventory as needed/agreed to with Owner
  • Execute ordering once the materials list is final & confirmed
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload shipments
  • Haul trailer to job sites to support the onsite manufacturing of materials
  • Pick up materials from suppliers, including properly securing materials to truck racks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • 3-5 years proven experience working in a warehouse, experience with construction materials is a plus
  • Good driving record required in accordance with responsibilities to pick up materials and delivery machinery to job sites
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
  • Familiarity with order picking and prepping methods and ability to bring perspectives on fulfillment efficiencies
  • Ability to operate machinery such as fork lift, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory management
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift or carry materials up to 100lbs

Pay Range

This role’s hourly wage range is set between $24/hr - $30/hr based on experience and level of expertise of the individual being considered for the position.
